UglyRobot, LLC operates this website and handles the information you submit.
What we collect
Project inquiries include your name, email, phone number, contact preference, city, ZIP, property authorization, project timing, project answers and notes. We store your consent, a receipt, submission time and source page. Privacy requests collect your name, email, request type and optional notes. Spam checks process technical request information, including codes derived from IP addresses.
Operator notifications and review
When configured, your request can be sent to our operator’s notification system with the page address, referring page and campaign labels. Full URL and campaign metadata are not kept in this website’s inquiry database. Authorized operators and software they explicitly approve can review selected requests for internal work.
How we use and share it
We use your details to review and respond to your project, look for a suitable local provider and handle privacy requests. With the consent you give in the project form, an operator may manually share your contact and project details with relevant shelter providers so they can discuss your inquiry. We may receive compensation for an inquiry or introduction. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides hosting, inquiry storage and spam verification. Authorized operators can review the records. Please leave sensitive household information out of your notes.
Retention
Our retention target is 90 days. The operator removes expired records using a manual process; deletion does not run automatically on day 90.

Use the form below to contact us about your information. Include your receipt reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing a record.
Private owner exports
Authorized operators can retrieve private owner exports through GitHub. Hosted files expire after one day; downloaded copies remain protected and subject to our retention policy.
